欢迎使用 KISSI.AI(以下简称"本平台")。本平台由 FASTPASS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD.(以下简称"我们")运营。使用本平台即表示您同意遵守以下条款。请在使用前仔细阅读。
1. 服务描述
KISSI.AI 是一个 AI 虚拟角色情感陪伴聊天平台,提供以下服务:
- 与 AI 虚拟角色进行对话互动
- 创建和管理自定义 AI 角色
- 订阅会员服务以获取高级功能
- 购买和使用虚拟货币(猫粮/Ko币)
2. 账号注册与安全
- 您必须年满 18 岁方可注册使用本平台
- 您应提供准确的注册信息并及时更新
- 您有责任保管好账号密码,不得将账号转借他人
- 如发现账号被盗用,请立即联系我们
3. 用户行为规范
使用本平台时,您不得:
- 发布或传播违法、有害、威胁、骚扰、诽谤性内容
- 侵犯他人知识产权或隐私权
- 利用平台从事任何违法活动
- 干扰或破坏平台的正常运行
- 使用自动化工具大量访问或抓取平台数据
- 试图绕过平台的安全措施或使用限制
4. 虚拟货币政策
本平台使用"猫粮"(Ko币)作为虚拟货币,用于消耗 AI 对话服务。
- 猫粮分为赠送猫粮和购买猫粮,消耗时优先扣除赠送猫粮
- 购买的猫粮不可退款,不可转让,不可兑换为现金
- 赠送猫粮由平台根据规则发放,平台保留调整发放规则的权利
- 账号注销后,剩余猫粮将被清零且不予退还
5. 会员订阅
- 会员服务为订阅制,按月或按年计费
- 订阅将在到期时自动续费,除非您在到期前取消
- 取消订阅后,您仍可在当前计费周期结束前继续使用会员功能
- 我们保留调整会员价格的权利,价格变更将提前通知
6. 数字商品交付政策
本平台所提供的所有商品及服务均为数字商品,包括但不限于:
- 虚拟货币(猫粮/Ko币)
- 会员订阅服务
- AI 对话与角色互动服务
交付方式与时效:
- 所有数字商品在支付成功后通过本平台账户系统自动交付,无需物流配送
- 购买的虚拟货币将立即记入您的账户钱包,您可在"个人中心 - 钱包"中查看
- 会员订阅在支付完成后立即生效,您可在订阅有效期内享受相应权益
- 如因网络延迟、支付服务商对账延迟或系统异常导致交付未能即时完成,通常将于 24 小时内自动补发;如逾期仍未到账,请通过下方联系方式联系我们
- 由于数字商品的特性,一经交付即视为完成履约义务
7. 退款政策
鉴于本平台所有商品均为数字商品且交付后即可立即使用,原则上不支持退款。具体规则如下:
虚拟货币(猫粮/Ko币):
- 购买的猫粮一经到账即视为交付完成,不支持退款、不可转让、不可兑换为现金
- 赠送猫粮、活动奖励等免费获得的虚拟货币不支持退款或现金兑换
会员订阅:
- 会员订阅一经购买并交付后,原则上不予退款
- 您可随时在"个人中心 - 订阅"中取消自动续费;取消后,您仍可在当期周期内继续使用会员权益直至到期
- 已使用的订阅周期及已扣除的费用不予退还
例外情形 — 以下情况下可申请退款:
- 因平台系统故障导致支付成功但商品未交付,且 24 小时内未能补发
- 因平台原因导致重复扣款
- 适用法律强制要求的退款情形
退款申请流程:
- 请将订单编号、支付凭证及问题描述发送至 [email protected]
- 我们将在收到申请后 7 个工作日内回复处理结果
- 经核准的退款将按原支付渠道返还,实际到账时间以支付服务商规则为准(通常 5–10 个工作日)
- 由于支付通道手续费等原因,实际退款金额可能略低于支付金额
8. 知识产权
本平台的所有内容(包括但不限于软件、设计、文字、图形、Logo)均受知识产权法保护,归我们或相关权利人所有。用户创建的角色内容,其知识产权归创建者所有,但用户授予我们在平台范围内展示和使用该内容的许可。
9. AI 生成内容免责声明
本平台的 AI 角色回复由人工智能模型自动生成。我们对 AI 生成的内容不做任何准确性、完整性或适用性的保证。AI 生成的内容不构成专业建议(包括但不限于医疗、法律、财务建议)。用户应自行判断 AI 回复内容的适用性。
10. 服务变更与终止
- 我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止部分或全部服务的权利
- 如违反本条款,我们有权暂停或终止您的账号
- 服务终止后,我们可能会根据法律要求保留您的部分数据
11. 免责声明与责任限制
本平台按"现状"提供服务,不作任何明示或暗示的保证。在法律允许的最大范围内,我们对因使用或无法使用本平台而导致的任何直接、间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害不承担责任。
12. 管辖法律
本条款受新加坡共和国法律管辖。因本条款引起的任何争议,双方应首先通过友好协商解决;协商不成的,提交新加坡有管辖权的法院裁决。

Welcome to KISSI.AI (the “Platform”). The Platform is operated by FASTPASS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before use.
1. Service Description
KISSI.AI is an AI virtual character emotional companion chat platform that provides:
- Interactive conversations with AI virtual characters
- Creation and management of custom AI characters
- Subscription membership for premium features
- Purchase and use of virtual currency (Ko Tokens)
2. Account Registration and Security
- You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Platform
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- Report any unauthorized access to your account immediately
3. User Conduct
When using the Platform, you must not:
- Post or transmit illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, or defamatory content
- Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
- Use the Platform for any illegal activities
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Platform
- Use automated tools to excessively access or scrape Platform data
- Attempt to bypass security measures or usage restrictions
4. Virtual Currency Policy
The Platform uses “Ko Tokens” as virtual currency for AI conversation services.
- Ko Tokens consist of gifted tokens and purchased tokens; gifted tokens are consumed first
- Purchased Ko Tokens are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Gifted tokens are distributed at our discretion; we reserve the right to adjust distribution rules
- Remaining Ko Tokens will be forfeited upon account deletion
5. Membership Subscriptions
- Membership services are subscription-based, billed monthly or annually
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand
- After cancellation, you may continue to use membership features until the end of the current billing period
- We reserve the right to adjust membership pricing with advance notice
6. Digital Delivery Policy
All products and services offered on the Platform are digital in nature, including but not limited to:
- Virtual currency (Ko Tokens)
- Membership subscription services
- AI conversation and character interaction services
Delivery method and timing:
- All digital products are delivered automatically through your Platform account upon successful payment; no physical shipping is involved
- Purchased Ko Tokens are credited to your wallet balance immediately and can be viewed under “Profile - Wallet”
- Membership subscriptions take effect immediately upon successful payment and you may enjoy the corresponding benefits throughout the subscription period
- In the event of delivery delays caused by network latency, payment provider reconciliation, or system issues, delivery is typically completed within 24 hours; if you have not received the items after that period, please contact us using the details below
- Due to the nature of digital products, delivery is deemed complete once the items are credited to your account
7. Refund Policy
Because all products on the Platform are digital and become usable immediately upon delivery, refunds are not offered as a general rule. The detailed rules are set out below:
Virtual currency (Ko Tokens):
- Purchased Ko Tokens are deemed delivered once credited to your account and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Gifted tokens, event rewards, and other complimentary virtual currency are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
Membership subscriptions:
- Membership subscriptions are generally non-refundable once purchased and delivered
- You may cancel auto-renewal at any time under “Profile - Subscription”; after cancellation, you may continue to enjoy membership benefits until the end of the current billing period
- Already-used subscription periods and fees paid will not be refunded
Exceptions — refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- The Platform charged you successfully but failed to deliver the product, and the issue was not resolved within 24 hours
- Duplicate charges caused by a Platform error
- Refunds required by applicable mandatory laws
Refund request process:
- Send your order number, payment receipt, and a description of the issue to [email protected]
- We will respond with the result within 7 business days of receiving your request
- Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment channel; the actual processing time follows the rules of the payment provider (typically 5–10 business days)
- Due to payment processor fees, the actual amount refunded may be slightly less than the amount paid
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and logos) is protected by intellectual property laws and owned by us or the respective rights holders. Users retain intellectual property rights to characters they create, but grant us a license to display and use such content within the Platform.
9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI character responses on the Platform are automatically generated by artificial intelligence models. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice (including but not limited to medical, legal, or financial advice). Users should exercise their own judgment regarding AI responses.
10. Service Modifications and Termination
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the services at any time
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms
- Upon termination, we may retain certain data as required by law
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis without any express or implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation; failing which, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Singapore.
